Is there day parking available?
Yes, day parking is available. You must buy a parking pass prior to your arrival or at the box office.
Can I tailgate in the parking lot?
Tailgating is not permitted in the parking lot. You are able to tailgate at campsites.
When can I arrive & leave?
Guests who have purchased an Early Check-In Pass are able to arrive the night before the event (July 3rd). All other guests are able to arrive the day of the event (July 4th). Specific door times will be announced for each event.
Guests who have purchased a Late Check-Out Pass are able to stay through July 8th. All other guests must leave on July 7th.
Does Wonderland allow vendors at events?
Vendors are very welcomed at wonderland events. When events are announced, please email info@wonderlandforest.com with which event you are interested in vending at and one of our team members will provide you with further information. We will be providing interested vendors with a sign up form on the website soon.
Will there be vendors in the camping/concert area?
There will be a vendor circle on site.
Can we volunteer for Wonderland Events?
Yes! Please email us at info@wonderlandforest.com and a team member will provide you with more information. We will be providing interested volunteers with a sign up form very soon.
Do kids get in free?
Each event varies. Please see event tickets for information.
What if I am using a ride share service?
For events at the forest, your ride-share driver will be directed to the car corral where your ticket will be scanned and you will receive your admission credentials. Your driver will then be instructed further how to exit the venue and you will be instructed where to go for the event.
Are there showers for General Admission primitive camping?
No
Do you need an RV pass if you want to car camp?
Yes
Does the Reserved Camping Are have a cabin/glamping set up?
No
Can you car camp with VIP camping?
No, the Reserved Camping Pass includes access to private sections of the forest. These private campsites are made for 2-10 people per site, and include portable toilet, personal fire pit (weather dependent), and complimentary shuttle of gear upon check-in/out..
There is a shuttle pass but where is it from?
UTV shuttles will be available as a paid taxi service throughout the 3 days. A map will be provided and signs will be clearly displayed.
Reserved Camping Passes will receive access to complimentary truck shuttles
Can you bring chairs/ shade tents/ blankets into the concert area?
Chairs: Yes. There will also be chairs for rent.
Blankets: Yes
Tents: No
What is the VIP viewing area of the stage?
VIP Viewing Pass holders will be grated access to a special lounge and a front row pit section at the Main Stage. A map will be provided for attendees.
I don’t have a credit or debit card. Will vendors accept cash if that’s all I have with me?
Maybe. Wonderland Forest will be entirely cashless. It is up to independent vendors if they would like to accept cash sales.
Where do I receive my wristband?
You will receive your wristband in the car corral where your tickets will be scanned.
Are cameras allowed?
Professional cameras and all cameras with detachable lenses will not be allowed inside the venue. Please feel free to bring small point and shoot cameras, including GoPro's. If you are a photographer interested in capturing the event for a media outlet please contact info@wonderlandforest.com. Please know that these positions are only available to working photographers.
Prohibited Items in the Campground:
No fireworks, flying prayer lanterns, or explosives
No Large sound systems (and if neighbors ask to turn it down please respect their wishes)
No glass (mirrors are allowed)
No drones
No laser pointers
No weapons of any kind
No unauthorized merchandise
No helium tanks
No threatening or offensive signs or apparel
Prohibited Items in Venue:
No outside alcohol, food, or beverages
No laser pointers
No professional cameras/video equipment (audio equipment for taping will be allowed)
No glass or glass containers of any kind
No knives or weapons of any kind
No framed or large backpacks
No tents
No bicycles, skateboards, or scooters
No One Wheelers
No frisbees
No large markers, paint pens, or spray paint
No unauthorized soliciting, advertising, handbills, posters, product sampling, giveaways, etc.
No threatening or offensive signs or apparel. While Wonderland supports diversity in signs, totems, and articles of clothing, words or images that threaten harm to others are not welcome in The Forest.
